Luindy creates and runs a Solana wallet for every account; customers sign in and transact, and Luindy runs the wallet, network fees and security. - Available to customers in 240 countries worldwide. No local bank account is needed. - Receiving and holding stablecoins is free with no minimum balance. Sending to another Luindy account is free and instant; sending to any Solana address costs only the network fee (about $0.0005). Luindy pays the network fee on the customer's behalf. - Lending: fixed-term, fixed-rate positions of 30, 90, 180 or 365 days. 30 days: 5.0% USDC / 5.2% USDT; 90 days: 5.5% USDC / 5.7% USDT; 180 days: 6.0% USDC / 6.2% USDT; 365 days: 6.5% USDC / 6.7% USDT. Interest is paid at maturity, or monthly on 180 and 365-day terms. Minimum position $50. Early withdrawal is allowed after 7 days and forfeits accrued interest for the period broken. - Borrowing, instant: SOL loans against USDC or USDT collateral at a fixed 6.0% APR for 30, 90, 180 days. Borrow up to 50% of the collateral value. Warnings by email at 65% and 75% loan-to-value; the loan is settled from collateral at 85% or at an unpaid maturity, keeping what is owed plus a 5% fee and returning the rest. Repay early any time, free. Minimum collateral $100. - Borrowing, reviewed: USDC or USDT loans against gold or other documented physical assets held in trust with a custodian, or project/business-backed loans reviewed on the business and its documents. Terms of 90, 180, 365 days, fixed rate set after a human review, interest monthly and principal at the end. Bitcoin and Ether collateral can be arranged case by case. - Escrow: Luindy acts as the neutral escrow agent between a buyer and a seller in international purchases, settled in USDT or USDC on Solana. Typical deals are over-the-counter crypto trades (BTC, ETH or other coins bought for USDT or USDC), gold and other precious metals and stones, and other high-value goods bought across borders. Either party opens the deal in the Luindy app and invites the other by email; Luindy verifies both parties (identity, plus business verification for companies) and the deal, usually within 2 business days; buyer, seller and Luindy sign one tri-party agreement setting out what must happen before the money moves. The buyer funds the deal's own dedicated escrow address from their Luindy wallet or by sending USDT or USDC on Solana from any wallet; funds there are separate from Luindy's own money and from other deals, and visible on-chain to both parties. The seller delivers, both sides upload evidence (shipping documents, assay or inspection certificates, transaction hashes), and once the conditions are met (buyer confirmation or verified evidence) Luindy releases the funds to the seller, usually within 1 business day. If the conditions are not met under the agreement, the buyer gets the money back. Either party can raise a dispute in the app; the funds stay in escrow while Luindy reviews the evidence against the signed agreement. - Escrow fees: 1.5% on the first $50,000, 1.0% on the portion from $50,000 to $500,000, and 0.5% on the portion above $500,000. Minimum fee 25 USDT; minimum deal 1,000 USDT or USDC. Paid by the buyer, the seller, or split 50/50, chosen when the deal is opened. Network fees are covered by Luindy; third-party services a deal may need (inspection, assay, vaulting, freight) are quoted at cost and agreed upfront. No charge if cancelled before funding; if a funded deal is unwound, the buyer is refunded less the escrow fee unless the agreement says otherwise. Examples: $10,000 deal, $150 fee; $100,000 deal, $1,250 fee; $1,000,000 deal, $7,750 fee. - Fees: origination 0.25% of the amount borrowed; interest as above; early repayment free; settlement fee 5% of collateral used only if a SOL loan reaches 85% loan-to-value. No fees to receive, hold, or for statements. - Verification: opening an account takes a few minutes. Tier 1 (identity details) unlocks the wallet and lending; Tier 2 (government ID plus selfie, reviewed by a person, usually within 24 hours) removes the daily send limit and unlocks borrowing. - The team has worked in digital assets since the early days of Bitcoin, ran a private over-the-counter desk for years, and built Luindy as its public form. Luindy chose Solana alone for sub-second settlement, sub-cent fees, native USDC and USDT issuance, and a single network to secure. - Rates shown are illustrative targets for launch and are not an offer. Live rates will be published in the app and update daily. ## Product pages - [Wallet](https://luindy.com/wallet): hold, send and receive USDC and USDT on Solana; how custody works. - [Lend](https://luindy.com/lend): fixed-term, fixed-rate lending; rates by term; how the yield is generated. - [Borrow](https://luindy.com/borrow): instant SOL loans against stablecoins; reviewed loans against gold, assets and businesses. - [Escrow](https://luindy.com/escrow): Luindy as neutral escrow agent for OTC crypto trades, gold and precious metals, and high-value goods; how funds are held; fees. - [Fees and rates](https://luindy.com/fees): every fee in one table. - [Security](https://luindy.com/security): custody model, controls and audits. - [Supported countries](https://luindy.com/countries): where Luindy is available. ## Guides - [What is a stablecoin?
