This policy explains what personal data Luindy collects, why, and what choices you have. We collect as little as we can and we do not sell personal data.

1. What we collect

  • Website forms. If you contact us we collect the details you enter, such as your name, email address, country and message.
  • Account data (once the app is live). Your account details, device identifiers and security settings.
  • Transaction data. Blockchain addresses and transactions associated with your account. Note that blockchain data is public by design.
  • Technical data. Server logs including IP address, browser type and pages requested, retained briefly for security and reliability.

The website does not use third-party advertising trackers. If we add analytics, we will use a privacy-respecting provider and update this policy.

2. Why we use it

To provide the Services, to keep accounts secure, to respond to your messages, and to tell you about changes to your account. We do not send marketing emails unless you ask for them.

3. Who we share it with

Service providers who help us run the Services (for example infrastructure providers) under contracts that restrict their use of your data; regulators and law enforcement where required by law; and professional advisers. We do not sell personal data.

4. How long we keep it

Contact data is kept until your request is resolved and for a reasonable period afterwards, or until you ask us to delete it. Account and transaction data is kept for as long as the law requires, typically several years after an account closes.

5. Your rights

Depending on where you live you may have the right to access, correct, delete or port your data, or to object to certain processing. Use the contact form to make a request. We will respond within the time the law allows.

6. Security

We protect personal data with encryption in transit and at rest, access controls and monitoring. See our security page for how we protect your account.

7. Changes

We will update this policy as the Services develop and note the date of the last update at the top of this page.
